ome time ago Baron Von Lodge was the head of a small country near Switzerland known as Lilliland.

Snookie was a typical attractive child living in Lilliland where she attended elementary school. She was very bright for her young years and when her relatives asked her what she wanted to do after she graduated from high school, she quickly said that she wanted to be a teacher like her aunt.

Many years later, when Snookie was in high school, she was asked the same question about her future plans. Her reply was the same as before. She wanted to be a teacher. In fact, this time she added that she wanted to teach geography in high school.

In those days, when a girl chose to be a teacher, she was expected not to get married. This was a common requirement in most countries in those early days.

After graduating from high school, Snookie attended college to study to become a teacher. All continued to go very well for Snookie and during her senior year, she was to practice teach at a local high school. She was assigned to a teacher who would supervise her as she taught geography to the high school class to which she was assigned.

During her semester of practice teaching, her students seemed to learn a lot from her and the practice-supervising teacher gave Snookie a very high grade for her teaching ability.

Oftentimes the intern teacher would, upon graduation and receipt of her teaching certificate, be offered a position in that very school where they practice taught. This came true for Snookie and upon college graduation, she was offered her first teaching position in that very same school. Her assigned subject was geography.

Snookie was asked to what she contributed her early success. She replied, “My favorite aunt was a teacher and she was always very encouraging. Secondly, just plain hard work and sticking to your plan.”
